Product Returns and refund policy

1. I understand I may return any product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Products must be in the condition I received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was delivered with the product. Bfos Limited holds the right to examine the product to their satisfaction that it has not been used. Used products will be declined.
3. You will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Return courier within Botswana and associated costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund will only apply upon due fulfillment of the above within 72 hours of receipt of the returned item and after approval.
